I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in counseling individuals, families, couples and teens. 

I have over 20 years experience working in health care. My experience includes working as a registered nurse in the emergency/trauma department, crisis line  counselor, hospice RN and bereavement counselor.

I have developed and implemented a child/teen grief support group and currently coordinate the program for Hospice.

I am able to serve my clients by utilizing both my knowledge of medicine and psychology. I believe it is important to view each client holistically. Our emotional and physical well being are intricately connected.

In a nonjudgmental and compassionate setting I bring a unique knowledge to my clients. I value the connection between mind, body and spirit. My passion is helping people restore their lives so they can move to a place of healing. I will partner with you to achieve your vision.

I am working with clients and families who are experiencing grief and loss either by death or divorce. I partner with couples to facilitate communication and resolution. I counsel teens who are experiencing loss, stress or anxiety. I work with young adults as they launch into their own life and coach them as they navigate decisions and goals. I also work with elderly clients and their families as they face decisions in care and maintaining quality of life.
